Lina Andronoviene was born in Lithuania, Klaipeda. She grew up in a Christian family and was baptised in Klaipeda Baptist Church, where at the nearly age she began serving as a musician, and later as a worship and youth leader and a translator. She has continued her involvement in the life of Klaip?da Baptist community, but beside that also serves as the leader of the worship team at the Šárka Valley Community Church (Baptist) in Prague.

In 2001, Lina graduated from Lithuania Christian College, Klaipeda, with BAs in Theology and in English. Together with her husband, Linas Andronovas, she came to study at IBTS and they both gained their MTh in Applied Theology in 2004. She then became a teaching assistant for the CAT programme and an adjunct Lecturer in Theology at IBTS.

From January 2003 until April 2005 she served as Personal Assistant to the Rector and in from 1 May 2005 was appointed a full Lecturer in Applied Theology and course Leader of the Applied Theology programme.

Lina was one of the initiators of NEBIM, a Non-residential Bible School of the Baptist Union of Lithuania, which was started in 2003 to fulfil the pressing educational needs of the Lithuanian Baptist churches. She continues to serve as the Acting Director of NEBIM.

Her publications include Involuntarily Free or Voluntarily Bound: Singleness in the Baptistic Communities of Post-communist Europe. IBTS Occasional Publications Series, Vol. II (Prague: International Baptist Theological Seminary, 2003); "Jonas Inkenas and Forgiveness Lived Out: An Experiment in Biography as Narrative Theology," American Baptist Quarterly XXII, no.2 (2003); "Church, State, and Culture: On the Complexities of Post-Soviet Evangelical Social Involvement," Theological Reflections. Euro-Asian Theological Journal 3 (2004) (in Russian, English, and Lithuanian), with Parush R Parushev.

Lina has a special interest in music, literature, and travel.
