Megan joined IBTS from South Africa. She has completed both undergraduate and post graduate studies in Human Resource Management. In addition, she holds undergraduate and post graduate degrees in Education, and has a B.Ed, M.Ed and PhD in Education Policy studies. She has worked in Education Administration and Management positions with the focus on Quality Assurance and Adult Education. Her education studies focused on the challenges of education legislation within the education sector in South Africa. Megan has a passion for social justice particularly in the education arena which was the focus of her PhD (2022). Her studies examined the impact of the lack of deliberative democratic engagement when setting policies and legislation that impacts on poorer communities.
