Are you a young adult passionate about faith, learning, and making a difference in your community? The IBTS Apprenticeship Programme is a year-long opportunity for 18–30-year-olds already active in their local churches, unions, or neighbourhoods who are ready to deepen their understanding of theology, education, and local mission. Rooted in IBTS’s dynamic, learner-centred approach, this programme is designed to nurture personal growth, strengthen local impact, and connect you to an inspiring international Learning Network.

Participants can expect to invest around 6 hours per week, which includes time already dedicated to local ministry or volunteer roles. This commitment also involves a monthly one-on-one session with a mentor, plus a group check-in with programme supervisors every 4 to 8 weeks. The journey kicks off with a dynamic three-day, in-person residential gathering in the first half of September - details on the exact date and location will be shared soon!
