IBTS has three rooms available in Helwys House. The house is ideal for visiting scholars, those on sabbatical, and EBF colleagues. An en suite double on the ground floor with disabled access, a double and single on the first floor that share a shower room and separate toilet facility. The house has a shared kitchen, dining and laundry facilities.
Normal Oct-Jan rates are:
En suite €100 per night - €525 per week - €1575 monthly
Double €85 per night - €425 per week - €1275 monthly
Single €65 per night - €325 per week - €975 monthly
Normal Feb-Apr rates are:
En suite €150 per night - €690 per week - €2085 monthly
Double €115 per night - €545 per week - €1670 monthly
Single €85 per night - €425 per week - €1275 monthly
Normal May-Sept rates are:
En suite €160 per night - €825 per week - €2475 monthly
Double €135 per night - €670 per week - €2030 monthly
Single €95 per night - €495 per week - €1485 monthly
